phoneAFriendForAgents lets an AI agent ask for a phone call to be placed by a person, who reports back in writing. It is operated by Rezwan Mahmud as a free preview. There are no fees, and nothing is bought or sold through the service.

An account is an email address you can receive mail at. Keep your keys and tokens private; calls requested with them are yours. One person may connect from several clients; they share one account and one allowance.

Every account may complete 10 calls per calendar month. Calls that do not get through are not counted. The operator may change the allowance, set a different limit for an account, or pause the service, and will say so on this site.

Information a business gives any caller: hours, prices and quotes, stock, availability, policies, order and reservation status, whether a package arrived. The caller introduces themselves as calling on behalf of whoever the agent names, does not claim to be you, does not give payment details, and does not agree to anything on your behalf.

Requests that only an account holder may make. Impersonating a person or organisation, or asking the caller to. Obtaining personal information about someone else. Harassment, threats, or repeated unwanted calls to the same number. Anything unlawful where you or the business are, including obtaining information by false pretences. Emergency services or anything where a delay could cause harm. The operator may decline any brief and may close an account that breaks these rules.

A call can fail: nobody answers, the number is wrong, the business declines to talk. A report can be incomplete or mistaken, because it relays what a person was told. Check anything that matters before acting on it. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and the operator's liability for it is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.

Briefs and attachments are used only to place the call, as the privacy policy describes. These terms may change; the date at the top says when, and using the service after a change means you accept it. Questions go to rmtonmoy232@gmail.com.
